Note: ZFD04 is suitable for AZR5. ZFD06 is suitable for AZR07. The filter element cannot be replaced separately. If need, please replace the whole filter.



Vacuum breaking function

Vacuum breaking flow regulation:

◇ 1. Clockwise rotation reduce the breaking flow;  counterclockwise rotation increases the breaking flow.

2. After adjustment, tighten the nut clockwise to secure the control valve.

3. When the valve cannot be turned clockwise or counterclockwise, it means that the limit position has been reached.

Vacuum breaking principle and attentions:

1. Close solenoid valve and stop air supply, open the air supply breaking port. The positive pressure between one-way valve and air supply breaking port get into vacuum circuit and breaks vacuum.

2. Change tube length between the one-way valve and air supply breaking port to adjust the residual positive pressure volume.  Adjust in this  way to control the vacuum breaking time. 

3. This method requires a small flow to break the vacuum.

Vacuum breaking principle and attentions:

1. Close solenoid valve and stop air supply, open the air supply breaking port and the positive pressure get into vacuum circuit directly to break vacuum.

2. Control the air supply time of solenoid valve to adjust the vacuum breaking time. 

3. Adjust the air breaking pressure through the reducing valve to avoid excessive pressure blowing away the workpiece.

 4. The air breaking pressure must be lower than air supply pressure.

 5. The breaking flow and pressure can be adjusted freely as required.
